Every other urli we make carries some form of work — a scalloped edge, a lotus, a lobed rim. Ekam carries none. It is one unbroken curve of spun iron, finished in brass, and left entirely plain.
The name is Sanskrit for one, whole, undivided. It is the piece for people who want the metal to speak and nothing else.
The finish
A fine brushed grain runs around the body, catching light softly rather than throwing a mirror glare. The interior catches the light more brightly than the outer wall. It is the quiet look of real metal, finished by hand — a brushed warmth, not a shine.
How to use it
Float marigolds and rose petals for Diwali or a pooja. Fill it with fruit on the dining table. Style it with a candle and a few stones for an everyday centrepiece. Leave it empty and it still holds its own — at 6.35 cm high it sits under eye level, so it never blocks a conversation across a table.
Part of the Six Elements
Ekam belongs to Metal. Every Elements of Decor piece is designed to combine rather than stand alone — the right combination of stone, metal, wood and ceramic does more for a room than any single expensive object. Harmony isn't a budget. It's a formula.

Ekam means one: a single, brass-finish metal urli for a table that needs a centre. It holds water, petals and floating candles with the quiet weight of metal.
On material
Metal, left plain.
Ekam is spun into one unbroken curve of iron and finished in brass, with a fine brushed grain that catches the light softly rather than throwing a mirror glare. It carries no carved pattern at all, so the metal itself does the talking. Finished by hand, so slight variation in tone is part of its character.
