Order Processing

All our pieces are held as ready stock — not made to order — so orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. If there's a significant delay for any reason, we'll contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship Pan-India.

• Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days after dispatch. Free for orders over ₹2,000; ₹99 for orders below that.
• Express Shipping (where available): 2-4 business days after dispatch, ₹249.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, local disruptions, or courier issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking number. The tracking link goes live within 24 hours.

Packaging of Fragile Goods

Every piece is carefully inspected and packed using multi-layered, industry-standard protective materials, given the nature of marble, ceramic, and metal decor.

Undeliverable Packages & RTO

Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code, and phone number are accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, an unreachable number, or a failed delivery attempt, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment — which may carry an additional shipping fee.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, email us at support@elementsofdecor.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video. The video must be continuous and unedited, starting with the sealed package and shipping label, and capturing the opening and inspection of the item in one take. Claims for transit damage on fragile goods (marble, glass, ceramics) can't be processed without a valid unboxing video. Once received, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Change of mind: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Contact support@elementsofdecor.com with your order number to start a return. A ₹199 return shipping charge applies (we'll arrange home pickup and deduct this from your refund).

Non-returnable items: dried/artificial botanicals, items bought during a clearance sale or with a promo code, and custom or personalised orders.

Refund timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total if applicable.
