Shipping Policy
At Elements Of Decor, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted pieces safely and efficiently. Because we specialize in delicate materials like marble, ceramics, and brass, our packaging process requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition.
1. Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification with your tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Please note: During high-volume periods, festive seasons, or for large orders requiring specialized crating, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer Pan-India shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Delivers in 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. Free for orders over ₹2000, For lower value a charge of ₹99 will be added at checkout.
- Express Shipping (If applicable): Delivers in 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. ₹249 will be added at the checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, local disruptions, or courier-related issues beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our delivery partners, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS/Whatsapp containing your Airway Bill (AWB) tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.
4. Packaging of Fragile Goods
Your items are carefully inspected and securely packed using industry-standard protective materials. For particularly fragile items like stone or ceramic decor, we employ multi-layered packaging to minimize transit stress.
5. Undeliverable Packages & RTO (Return to Origin)
Please ensure that your shipping address, including your PIN code and a primary contact number, is complete and accurate at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or failure to accept delivery after multiple attempts, we will contact you to initiate reshipment.
- Note: Reshipment in these scenarios may incur an additional shipping fee.
6. Damages During Transit
We take full responsibility for ensuring your items are packed securely. If your order is damaged in transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy regarding our mandatory unboxing video guidelines to claim a replacement or refund.
