Refund policy

At Elements Of Decor, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our home accents. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and fragile, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and fair return process.

Return Validity Window : 7 Days

Damaged Product recieved intimation window : 48 Days

1. Damaged or Defective Items (The Unboxing Video Policy)

We take every precaution to ensure your pieces arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we require an unboxing video to process a replacement or refund Within 48 Hours of product delivery

Unboxing Video Requirements:

  • The video must be continuous and unedited.
  • It must start by clearly showing the sealed package and the shipping label with your tracking number.
  • The video must capture the opening of the package and the inspection of the item(s) in one continuous take.
  • Claims for transit damage (especially on fragile goods like marble, glass, or ceramics) will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

If your item is damaged, please email us at support@elementsofdecor.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching the unboxing video and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

2. General Returns

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact support@elementsofdecor.com with your order number.
  • Please note: For general returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A charge of Rs 199 will be applicable.  We will arrange a home pickup and the cost will be deducted from the refunded amount

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Dried and artificial botanicals/flowers
  • Items purchased during a clearance sale or with a promotional discount code
  • Custom or personalized orders

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your total.
