Dust with a soft dry cloth. Keep away from standing water and damp spots, as iron can rust. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

Non-returnable item. This piece is fragile and heavy, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Please check the size and finish before you order. If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we will make it right (below).

Shipping. Every piece is ready stock and leaves us within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is free across India and takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. Each piece is packed in multi-layer protective material.

Changed your mind? Return it within 7 days of delivery, unused. Please keep the original packaging: we can only accept a return with the protective thermocol box and the outer box it came in, where the piece was supplied with them. Email support@elementsofdecor.com with your order number first. We arrange a home pickup, and a flat fee of ₹199 is deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video. For fragile pieces an unboxing video, starting with the sealed package, helps us resolve it fastest. We review within 2 business days and you choose a free replacement or a full refund.

Handmade variation. Small differences in veining, grain, glaze or patina are part of a handmade piece and are not defects.

Cancel or refund. Cancel free any time before your order ships. Refunds go to your original payment method, or by UPI or bank transfer for cash on delivery, within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the piece.

The Aurelia Tree is worked and finished by hand, branch by branch, which is why the exact angle of each branch varies slightly from one piece to the next — the same way no two real trees grow identically. It's finished in a bright metallic gold set against a matte black base, designed to catch light without needing bright surroundings to do it.
